Welcome

to the Website of the “Mobility and Mentoring”-Project by FECCIA, ECEG and industriAll European Trade Union, together representing the chemical sector within the EU 28. The aim of this project, funded by the European Commission, is to encourage young workers who look for employment opportunities in the chemical industry to increase their voluntary mobility to seek job opportunities across Europe. The focus lies on offering these workers qualified support through a dedicated mentoring network, supported by both employees and employers, to help them to improve their working life.

If you are thinking about or even planning to move to another EU country to work in the chemical industry, we invite you to use the “Mobility & Mentoring Portal” (MMP). Through this portal we are happy to connect you with a suitable mentor who is working in the chemical industry in the country you may want to go to and who is happy to get in touch to support you and answer any questions you may have.

The project partners are actively looking for further mentors and would like to encourage anyone who is interested and feels qualified to contact us in order to keep the database of mentors growing.
